14-Day Exchange Policy

Your Choice. Your Confidence.
Proposed Promise: "Exchange within 14 days at 100% of the original invoice value, without any deduction, for eligible gold, diamond and polki jewellery."
  1. The 14-day period begins on the date of delivery recorded by the delivery provider.
  2. The original invoice or verifiable purchase record must be provided.
  3. The jewellery must be returned in its original, undamaged and unaltered condition, with applicable certificates, packaging and accessories.
  4. Gold, diamond and polki jewellery will be assessed under the relevant category-specific verification process by our in-house gemologists.
  5. Custom-made, personalised, engraved and specially commissioned jewellery may be excluded, provided the exclusions are disclosed before purchase and remain subject to applicable law.
  6. The exchange value will be adjusted against an eligible replacement purchase. This policy does not promise a cash refund for a change of mind.
  7. Any statutory consumer rights and remedies under Indian law remain unaffected.
  8. Customers must contact customer support or visit our Jaipur showroom to initiate an exchange and receive return shipping instructions.
Operational Alignment: Define the treatment of discounted products, missing certificates, gifts, bundled purchases, damaged packaging and category-specific exceptions before launch. No deduction should be applied to an otherwise eligible exchange promised at 100% of invoice value.
